I heard this at my study centre and think its an insult too. Why change something that has been happening for twenty years? If it's cost then find somewhere else but don't expect students to be happy with a lecture hall. It should be the day people remember after three years of very hard work!

We study for three long years, struggle placements, families, personal commitments, assignments and exams to not even get to celebrate this at the Abbey, instead you just insult us with the best you can do being de havilland campus!

It is an absolute disgrace , students look forward with pride to their graduation ceremony after many years of hard work and study. To relocate and downgrade the ceremony is disgraceful. To the board of governors my message is if you care and are aligned with your students please reinstate the ceremony at st Albans Abbey.

Graduating at St Albans cathedral would make the day as special as it can be, to have it at de hav campus is an insult to our hard work.
