Apple has started an epic trend when it comes to technology. Every major city throughout the United States is blessed with the convenience of technology at their front door, other then MidTown Atlanta.
If you're in the MidTown area you know how frustrating this can be. Robert Joseph, a Georgia Technology instructor is set to let his voice be heard. "My PhD dissertation was developed on a Mac. I currently develop iPhone applications and teach graduate level
technology classes at Morrow, GA. Often times when talking about Apple my students ask why is there no apple store in the southern part of Atlanta. I did not have a good answer and told them that one person could make a difference. So BringAppleToMidTownAtlanta was born. We need an apple store
to service the southern part of the city.
"
Let's spread the seed and Bring Apple To midTown Atlanta.
I thought one was coming to 1010 Peachtree? What happened?
Has Apple looked at a map of Atlanta? All three of its stores are on the extreme north side of town, where traffic is horrible.
Their mini-store at GA Tech does amazing business. They supposedly have a technology initiative for people of color. Atlanta has more people of color in college than anywhere else on Earth!
What does it take to get a store in Downtown or Midtown? I promise if you look at the zip codes of people shopping at Lenox, at least half of them live in midtown (30309, 30308) or somewhere even further south.
