I strongly object to this development, the traffic situation would bring Bramhall, Cheadle and similar areas to a standstill. The land is unsafe to build on. I cannot see how in any way this can improve the area.

Worrying number of units and potential cars for such limited infrastructure and services. Building on such contaminated land will release all sorts of chemicals and dust into the environment and groundwater and potentially into nearby gardens. Even RsK representatives said they wouldn’t buy those houses and they are employed but persimmon

Midland rd isn’t wide enough to take the amount of traffic volume these houses would bring. Rush hour traffic is already a problem in both directions when leaving Midland Rd. There are plenty of brownfield sites that could be developed in Stockport. The land has been declared unsafe to build on in the past - what has changed ?

Persimmon have tried so many times to get this development built. It is not safe to build houses on this site and never will be.

I strongly object to this proposal. It has little regard for the health and safety of residents or the infrastructure of the local community
