The area should be left well alone to allow for Mother Nature to dilute and disperse all manner of nasties hidden within the site. It’s rediculous that anyone should consider creating family homes with so much risk to both new and existing residents.

Very concerned about health risks of building on land where dangerous chemicals have been disposed of; both during development and of the people living in the new-builds.

This build is on contaminated land and will reduce the quality of lifestyle for those in the immediate area. The access plan from one entry/exit point will add an unacceptable level of traffic to a single road. The schools, doctors and dentists in the area already have closed books. Who would want to walk in a country park that is over asbestos contaminated land that also has old hospital waste amongst it? This is wasting everyone’s time by attempting to push through plans again. Move on and build somewhere else.

Why build on landfill when they know toxic waste is underneath and if they remove it will be airborne.... thanks For thinking of the neighbours Persimmon Homes

I am firmly against any of this building work and feel it will not only present health risks but have a huge negative impact on the community.

I object to persimmons proposals due to the poor access to the proposed site, the current plans will reduce the safety of local residents greatly.

Traffic in bramhall lane is bad enough and trying to get a placement in local schools is hard enough to get let alone the amount of kids in each class. This will also have an impact on the nhs.

Major environmental clean up needed and more money invested into the infrastructure of the area before that kind of development can take place. Not only is it disregarding safety of existing residents but also that of anyone who could potentially move to the area.

My mother has lived in her house on Rushton Drive since 1959 the wildlife at the back of her will be destroyed , it’s disgraceful and a money making council tax scheme, we will have no green belt at this rate - this is not about affordable housing -

We live on the opposite estate (grange road ). We already cannot get out of the estate in rush hour as midland road have priority. This would add to the nightmare.
