Stop buying puppies from Pet Stores... Go to your local shelter and get a loving pet. shut down the pet stores and you shut down the puppy mills.

time to change the laws. If the sheriff says his hand are tied then as voters we need to demand an actionable law to protect these animals .

This is utterly disgraceful to say that the United States of America allows such suffering of living beings! The people who own this Amish puppy mill need to be forcefully shut down and stripped of their dog breeding license. Shame to anyone who has witnessed this and has not thought to do anything about it. I and MANY others will not tolerate the Midland County puppy mills. I am from New Jersey and will diligently stay aware of how to further the motions of shutting down this puppy mill!
