It is a shame that the State of Michigan would knowingly allow this behavior to continue. Are your shelters not full enough with unwanted mill dogs?

Horrible, unbelieveable that the authories are letting this get by. Not only the filth and the circumstance, but the freezing weather..CLOSE THEM DOWN, take some pride in your state..

Owners of these puppy mills should be prosecuted and people in the surrounding area should give them hell till something is done. We need to change these OUTDATED laws this state has!

I am horrified ! I do have relatives in the area who are only too happy to chech it out, by the way one of my relatives is in the media ! Watch out Michigan, we will NOT let this go.
