This is pathetic! These dogs should be some where safe and proper care taken of them. Why is this happening, this puppy mill being allowed to continue? Because it is Amish people that are perpetrating this crime? The vet who said this was not abuse and neglet needs their license revoked and arrested for falsefying a report. It is OBVIOUS what is happening in Michigan. STOP IT NOW! << journalist and owner of the Telegram.

I have a rescued puppy from a puppy mill ... I wouldn't give her up for nothing !!!
