if we stop puppy mill and backyard breeders, spay and neuter our pets, we could do away with a lot of rescues and shelters. Adopt! Don't shop!

Remember their faces when you lay in bed. They don't have a blanket, they feel wire beneath their feet. Their paws begin to splay. Their cold and wet. They feel thirst and hunger. Please help them.

the people who did this should be kept in cages because they are more of an animal than these dogs themselves. disgusting.

This issue has shown Midland up, as backward and BEHIND on their animal husbandry laws. Shane on this town and its sheriff

Has the Sheriff been told about the zoning prohibiting this kennel? Make them take the animals indoors!

Animals deserve to be in a warm loving home with a family to spend time with. Not outside in the freezing cold in a cage! If you truly love your animals you wouldnt have the heart to have them live like this!

this is horrendous. If there aren't any laws against puppy mills in this county, then laws need to be made & enforced.

This is not good enough for these dogs! They should be rescued, cared for, and re-homed. I'm ashamed that this is happening in our community.

It is disheartening that anybody be allowed to treat any being with so little compassion. I pray these dogs are rescued soon and that the "owners" are never allowed to have animals again.
