this is disgraceful and needs to be stopped. Dogs need room to move and run and live in clean environments. And not be outside in the cold and rain.

These little dogs should be indoors in this frigid weather, instead of outside in rabbit cages. Disgusting!

this is so heart wrenching to see animals treated this way .... shut this evil place down and find loving homes for all these poor animals ... they have a right to a happy life and a place they can run around ... not locked up in a wire cage for the rest of their life .... so criminal !!! get them out of there !!!!

These conditions are not okay & any human with an ounce of compassion for others would realize this. If the state vet thinks this is okay, it's time for him/her to be replaced.
