It's absolutely inhumane and cruel. I'm an appalled by the indifference that the local police department and animal services are displaying. This will not be tolerated and we will fight to save this animals.

this Is ignorant to the innocent puppies. no one is gonna buy from you now anyways because you have been exposed so give them up. do what is best. how would u like to be kept in cages like these? this is neglect!!!! I think it's rude that the state won't shut them down.
