No animal should be subjected to these kinds of conditions. That Midland County has no Animal Abuse laws is disgusting, and worse that. the laws of the State of Michigan in the area of the Treatment of Animals allows this is downright inhuman. No animal should be treated in such a manner for any period of time let alone for years.. And especially not the one known to be Man's Best Friend.

puppy mills are horrible. Close them all and convict any owners of crimes against the dogs.these evil people must be held responsible and they must be made accountable for this crime you need to make an example out of these people put them in jail

I am praying that the authorities will rescue these dogs and get them out of these horrific cages. No living thing should have to live like this.

Please shut down all puppy mills. People are just out for the money and do not care about the animals. Animals are not for profit.
