Your local animal laws are outdated and perpetuate animal cruelty and neglect. You have, conveniently, upheld those "laws", vs. changing them. Federal laws disagree with your stand on this issue. I suggest serious updates of your laws be put into place and enforced.

please stop this! This is an outrage! These dogs are being abused! What kind of state goes out and excuses this behavior? These dogs are matted,nails are overgrown! Does the county of midland care so little for these dogs lives,they are freezing in winter,matted ,imaging the nasty smell coming from them! How does anyone do this to an animal,and sleep at night?

The puppy mill laws in Michigan NEED TO BE REVIEWED! How can those conditions be considered livable? Left outside in Michigan winters and cages with chicken wire for the floor... disgusting. I am ashamed to say I live in a state where this is considered acceptable!

This literally makes me sick, he needs to be stuck in their cage with no food no water and no love and not even anything to stand on but wire, if you can't love him why have them! Please do something about this!

Unbelievable. How can any one treat dogs like this. How can anyone in authority turn a blind eye to this and pass the buck. One more day should not go by that those poor animals are in that place. And those people should be monitored to make sure they never have an animal again. Shame on everyone involved in letting this go on.
