I have a very hard time believing there are no animal cruelty laws that protect these poor creatures. This is so heartbreaking.

NEVER should this type of behavior happen! Dogs are meant to be loved and adored and kept warm with full bellies! So very sad : (

No animal shoukd have to be caged 24/7 they are hoysr pets and tgey have them outside its cold and even tgere wster will freeze and i bet they don't get fed every day either! !! This just makes me sick knowing this is going on and i xant save them!!!!!
