If the county and state will do nothing to protect these innocent babies, in Michigan to protect them can we raise a rucass with the national organizations and Federal to step up and do the right thing? It's time these little ones have decent living conditions. In a northern state with sub-zero conditions this is deplorable.

These babies should be able to see solid ground and have freedom to run and not be caged up and brought in out of the weather, we have pets to love, just to ignore like they are a nobody, please help and give these babies a loving home were they will be able to see ground and free to run and play and be cuddled.
