This is not humane - someone is going to snap and act out on behalf of the dogs. If the goal was 1000 signatures - that has clearly been met with an additional 140 signatures. I can not believe Midland County is allowing this to continue.

I was not able to completer my first message so I will complete it now. The Zoning Commission should be able to pass an ordinance, for Midland County that the Sheriff or Local police department can uphold. Stop passing the buck and do something. Don't any of you have a pet that you care about? Get busy Midland and DO SOMETHING N O W !!!!!!

These are not safe or adequate conditions. They border on (if not are already) animal abuse. Please change the law. If you wouldnt house your pet or a loved ones pet in these conditions, then no animal deserves this.
