It's time! This "hotel" does not add any value to our community, it's time for it to close permanently. Midland Beach certainly deserves better.

Island shores is right there and the seniors pay good money to live there. This eye sore to them and the community has to go. NO good happens there this is nothing new. Its time to go it should have floated away with hurricane sandy.

its not safe for anyone to stay here and only those with bad intention use this motel. The owner clearly does not want to fix this place and lets anything happen in the hotel.

Update: DOB and FDNY followed up on a complaint filed about work being done on the property with no permits. It was as explained that a work crew can go in to clean debris, however, anyone found in the building that is NOT permitted to be there will call for the building to be sealed.

This is a neighborhood filled with families and lots of children. We are tired if strangers and drug addicts in our neighborhood.

I was born and raised in Midland Beach - I can't believe how horribly it has changed, for the worse it seems. This building needs to go for MANY reasons....Let's try and bring Midland Beach back to a beautiful, SAFE, place to live...
