not in my neighborhood!!!! I'm tired of the crime, as our home has been robbed, our security & safety compromised, cars robbed at least 8 times, tired of the foot traffic & tired of our area being so run down. I won't even let my 5 yr old play in the front yard. Such a shame! There are so many other positive businesses that could be a nice, refreshing change to our neighborhood. I hope the RIGHT thing is done for our community!!!!!!

Very much against the storage facility on R Parham next to Red Lobster! Traffic is already BAD and DANGEROUS at that intersection, especially turning left into it from R Parham, line of vision is not good for seeing oncoming traffic crossing Markham or turning left off Markham onto R Parham. The vehicles turning out of the Kroger/Red Lobster and out of the Burger King adds further danger and confusion. I travel that many times a day/week and am very familiar with the amount of traffic, speed and lack of paying attention to traffic movement by drivers through there. A major complication is the left turn lane onto Markham because that lane is also the one into Kroger, Red Lobster and Burger King. Again, VOTING AGAINST the storage facility!

There is no reason for encouraging developers to keep building these structures to draw in more noise and traffic and the heat reflected off of these structures. They are storages that draw undesirables such as thieves and do not create positive growth.

It is not needed in this area. Don't want to bring more crime to this area or to the nearby shopping area

We do not need additional storage in this residential area. There are multiple storage places in the immediate vacinity already.

Another storage facility is not needed. There is a one level storage facility on the street behind Oak Forest Cleaners. NOT SURE, but it is my understanding that the residents behind Green Tree Nursery (which has closed) have OK'ed a storage facility with the planning commission to replace Green Tree.

This would damage the neighborhood. I am against it thank you for thinking of this neighborhood and their objection to this use of the space.

There is already a mini storage place within visual distance. Another is unnecessary.

That's a terrible use of this property. Keep little rock beautiful and keep trashy, low-class ideas OUT.

This use will only lower surrounding property value and ditract future businesses for a commercial corridor that should be sensitive to the adjacent residential neighborhoods

The intersection of West Markham and Rodney Parham is not suited to this type of facility. I oppose construction of a 3-story mini warehouse on this site.

The owners of Green Tree were ready to retire. Fought as long they could against big box stores and thefts over the fence at Presbytery of Arkansas. The church approved the changes, as well as a majority of property owners after reviewing the plans for security, onsite housing, and aesthetics put forward.

I oppose the construction of any kind of mini-warehouse facility in the C-3 zoned, 1.87 acre tract that is located at 102 S. Rodney Parham Road in Little Rock, Arkansas. There are already several such facilities in this area, and there is NO NEED for another one. Such a facility would be of no benefit to the people or businesses in this community.

This is not a good fit for the neighborhood and will not look good at the intersection. Much better suited for a restaurant or retail or even office space.
