Halogen, the well known amateur and freely distributed mod (a legal way to make new video games out of an original one) has been shut down by microsoft law politics. The mod, Halogen, transported the initial Halo game universe into a totally different envirement : a real time strategy game. So no confusion possible. Halogen was about to be released after 3 years of hard work, and the work was known from all, as a website described the efforts : http://halogen.slipstreamproductions.net/ The game was supposed to be free, and wasen\'t meant to bother anybody, just to entertain the Halo fan club. So please sign this petition, making an understanding to Microsoft that their politics are bad for their image. And maybe permit the Halogen team to finish and release 3 years of work and swet.
