The silence from the leadership team remains deafening and honestly it is exhausting to keep pushing against a wall. I spend my nights trying to find the right people to reach out to because this level of talent should not be cast aside so easily.

Jerry is a great asset in the industry. You can tell that he really enjoys his work given the amount of overlap he has into his personal hobbies. He really enjoys emerging technologies and all things related to computing. Reinstating Jerry and people like him is the way to keep Microsoft relevant and fresh.
Ridiculous decision. Jerry is one of the only guys who actually knows how things work under the hood. Their loss for sure!

Thanks for this, guys. But, as time goes on, I think Microsoft have just forgot about me. I've had a load of fun working alone aswell. As I said, I'm my own boss, and I don't want to turn back to Microsoft.
