Microsoft. Please rescue Cakewalk and Sonar out of Gibson.

Sonar is the best DAW...period. Used them all...too many reasons to explain here.

Save cakewalk. It provides support for thousands of people to include budding creative musical young minds

Sonar is (arguably) one of the best DAW ever and november 2017 finds it in finest hour in terms of elegance, performance and features. Save it!

There's money in DAWs Microsoft!

Lately I've done extensive research for the holy grail of daws only to find out that Sonar beats them all in a lot of ways. I found that Sonar it's a very important link to what the future daw should be.

Apple has Logic, MS needs Sonar!

Cakewalk Sonar does not deserve to end this way. It inspired tons of amateur and pro musicians and producers. It mus live on!

A fantastic product with a passionate user base.

Apple has Logic for Mac and GarageBand for Mac and Ios. For windows this will be Sonar for PC and Music Creator for the Windows Store.

Please help us to save the BEST DAW on the planet!!!

Such a shame to let this properly Windows-user-oriented DAW go down the drain. Sonar will be a perfect Microsoft leverage in competition to Apples "Logic" (which I find completely illogic to use)

Mac has GarageBand. Microsoft could have Sonar.........and Sonar is a much more comprehensive program.

Let Sonar live on. It is an amazing DAW.

We all should get a boxed edition of our program or at the very least a download that we can use to reinstall in an emergency. Im outraged that we subscribed to a lifetime of updates, shame on you Gibson this will affect any future Gibson purchases from me.

This is a mistake. If Gibson are to continue to make acquisitions in the musical hardware arena it makes perfect sense to continue with a DAW that realises the potential of all that hardware. Cakewalk wasn’t broken and didn’t need fixing but Gibson’s thinking certainly is.
