About time. These monsters should not have any privacy when our kids are in danger.
YES. TRACK THEM ALL. NO EXCUSES.
If they have nothing to hide they have nothing to fear. Simple as that.
Seriously why isnt this a law already? So many sick people out there just waiting for a chance to hurt someone. Keep them on a leash.

Finally some real protection for the little ones. My heart breaks hearing about these cases in the news every single week.
