I belive just like people can micro chip there dogs incase tbere ever lost stolen or run away. ....i belive children as soon as there born should be micro chipped ....think about how this would deter child abductions and kidnappings.....i understand once your 18your an adult well i figure we could make a micro chip thats as common as first vaccinations and it can dissolve in a human body in 18 years. Please sign this petition. Its a long shot but thonk about how many childs lives it will save.
