This music is very disturbing and my husband and I can’t even listen to our own televisions and or music in our home. Plus we go to bed early some evenings(like 10:00 pm) and we have to wear ear plugs to sleep. I hope you will please acknowledge our needs and rights. Thank you Bev Cass

Alderman Reilly, in the past your office has been great in responding to the concerns and requests I have made regarding our neighborhood.
However, I am extremely disappointed that you and your office have decided to essentially kick the can down the road on this issue.
The continual noise emanating from this person is a nuisance and disturbance to our neighborhood and simply asking residents to call 911 has not been an effective solution.
Please become proactive on this problem and ensure that the proper authorities enforce The City of Chicago Noise Ordinance.
I am quite certain that if this person was singing outside of your office on a daily basis this problem would be resolved in short order.

Clearly the guy has chosen this location for the acoustics. The problem is the sound just reverberates to all floors of the building. We are on a high floor and can clearly hear the singing and music. It's fine for people enjoying Michigan Avenue, but its not fair for people having to endure that for hours on end, day after day. Please help put an end to this annoyance.

The amplified singing is made worse by the "canyon effect" of the Wrigley Building. It may also have a negative effect on our property values.
