Michael Vick has been punished enough. He has done jail time. He's had millions of dollars taken from him. When is enough, enough. This Petition is a statement to the NFL and everyone else. You are supposedly given a second chance once you come out of jail. Give Michael Vick his second chance. Especially when you have paid the price, and he has paid his dues. The NFL Commisioner says, he needs to show remorse. He was already been judged by a jury of his piers, found guilty, and did his jail time. Enough is Enough. Please sign my petition.
