Yes, we sorely need a dog park just as communities similar to ours across America have today. We do not have to worry about roving packs of wild dogs eating our children - that was one of the objections 10 years ago despite putting a animal behavior specialist in front of the council and all kinds of testimony that it's actually healthier for the kids, the dogs and everyone to have such a place.

I live in Biscayne Park but I would love to see a dog park in the Miami Shores Biscayne Park or even El Portal area at this point
