MHS is not just a building!

I think the program at the school is not Broken so don't try to fix it!!!

I strongly agree that they should be kept at maize high school

The kids need to stay where they are, with kids and staff members that they know!!! They already know the building and other surroundings, don't make them have learn a new building and new people!!! Just not RIGHT for all of these young kids!!!

Keep them where they belong and are comfortable!

We need to keep these kids in a familiar atmosphere. Switching schools only adds for another learning obstacle.

Please don't move them, much too hard on each child. My granddaughter has her last year them next fall and these friends are irreplaceable.

These kids call this school home and if you take that away they will be crushed! These kids are Eagles and want to remain Eagles with all of their friends! Please reconsider this decision!

MHS is home to these students and their friends. Keep the program at MHS!

I worked at Maize High for five years and got to be friends with all the Special Needs Kids and they are great people.Do not move them to a new location.They deserve to be treated like they are special instead of moving them where they will be uncomfortable.Respect their needs and the wishes of their parents.

Have friends who go to this school does not seem very fair that you all of a sudden want them to go to the school with students that have one of the biggest rivalry in the state. Keep Maize High School for the sake of the students and the competition that is good for all students well being.

Keep these kids at maize please. I grew up with a lot of these special needs kids and they are absolutely amazing people. Please for the love of god dont move them from maize it wont be the same for them or for us

Students at MHS are warm and accepting of ALL students! Keep our SPED students where they KNOW they are loved!

If their is money in budget for bleachers and swimming pools their should be enough to keep the spec ed program in Maize HS

These students are what make Maize High School so great. There's no reason to take them away from a place they already know and love.

Friendship Club & Project Shine mean a lot to me & MHS students. Please let these kids stay at MHS. They are Eagles.

On May 17th 1954 segregation became illegal. Moving the S. P. E. D. Kids will not make them feel any better! They are our friends too, we sit with them and laugh with them. Segregating these students from the rest of the students is not okay. segregation can make them feel like they're completely different from the rest of us, legs are not human it's inhumane. I moved here this year and have made friends out of the students you are trying to move away. Not only is segregation unconstitutional its just straight up disrespectful. segregation of students in public school violates the equal protection clause this in the 14th amendment. taking them away from their peers is it going to do very much good, miss high school has several unused rooms and hundreds of open hearts to the students. So please dont take them out of Maize High School!

My special needs son was a student at Maize and graduated in 1990. While in the Coop he had to change schools several times and I know how that impacted his life. Don't let this happen to these future Eagle alumni. Let them stay at MHS.

I think it be better to keep the Maize High special needs students. At Maize High, and not Maize South. Because for them to start all over, with new people and new surrounding would be to much to soak in and keep up with. If they stayed at Maize High they would have all the friends they have now, and had have. And they would still know their surroundings without asking about it and worrying about it.

So many memories were made here and I couldn't imagine this school changing!
