The MHIA community is standing up against disrespect in the masjid. On August 9, 2013, certain memebers of the board of MHIA during Friday prayer, DURING eid, decided to yell and disrespect one another in the masjid! In the presence of children, we should not treat each other this way! Calling each other out using foul language is absolutely inappropriate in the setting of the masjid. Please sign this petition in order to stop these "leaders" from promoting a bad example for our children. We must stand together to create a healthy enviorment at the masjid that is without disrespecting one another.
