Due to the SEVERE failings of Hiroyuki Ochi, and indirectly AGSM for allowing such an atrocity to occur to its students, many of us have suffered extreme treatment and horribly unjustified circumstances, some have not experienced these directly, yet all have witnessed it done to others. Difficulties ranging from emotional distress, continued anxiety, harassment, unequal treatment, unfair, opinionated, and illogical grading scales with no basis on substance of material, illegitimate teaching methods, complete lack of learning, having no concept of what the objective of the course is, redundancy of mindless work for ten weeks, ungrammatical and subjective tests, and no actual implication of technology or knowledge, in any manner, to our development. This Petition is going straight to administration and will not have any ill effect on you from the demonstratively vengeful instructor of the course. Please be honest, factual, and leave fear aside because only you can create equality, fairness, and do what is right. NO student, especially GRADUATE STUDENTS at a renowned UC should have to endure what any of us have. Do not let this happen to you, do not let the next cohort suffer through this. We paid enormous amounts to learn, we deserve to be taught something.
