Athletics are happening in communities all around us. Why is it different for our athletes? I would like to see the plan.

Dane county you are blowing this! Obviously you absolutely are not listening to your constituents! No reason our kids aren’t getting a decent education and ability to compete like almost every other district in the state and country is! WE WONT FORGET ABOUT THIS!

We would like to see transparent and ongoing communication from the school board and district in regards to in-person school and participation in extra-curricular programs. It is frustrating to see other districts in Dane County make, share, and safely execute plans, while MG remains silently idle.

We would love to see the school board and district administration identify and communicate a plan for the direction of in-person instruction as well as a return to extra-curricular activities. Many of us are open to whatever that plan may look like, but it is frustrating to not know what that plan is relative to what else is being discussed among other schools in Dane County, plus what districts outside of Dane County are doing (in-person and hybrid instruction, controlled environments for extra-curriculars, etc).

Give the boys what they need to stay together

It's completely moronic that Dane County school districts are not allowing HS sports. My senior son has now missed spring baseball and fall football, while a large percentage of districts are allowing HS sports. Wake up Dane County!!

Let’s get going! It’s absurd to see all of these non-Dane county schools playing while we sit back doing NOTHING! There is a safe way to do this. Get it done, NOW!

Other districts have plans in place as should MG. MG should be leaders and set examples for our children that if you work hard enough anything can be achieved.

Let them play! Kids need to be back in school. Time to return to normalcy.

Keeping our kids socially distanced is not a healthy choice. Our kids are in the lowest risk group and need to physically interact.

The kids need some sort of normalcy back in their lives. It’s time.

MG has been willfully lacking in planing and understanding the community needs for a long time. Keep the pressure on MG families for the district to step up and make it happen.

I really appreciate the district's caution in this pandemic and safety of the kids should be paramount. A plan for when we can would be great - hope is important for our well being
