Beware of this fraud company...Metro PCS. I paid my bill, the store manager said I didn't, I have the receipt from the store that's obviously not honored. The store manager said he gave me the money back, actually, he only gave the $2.00 change that was due. He said that he had video evidence, me and my husband went there today 3/20/2017 to review the so-called evidence, and guess what it showed, the same thing I am sharing now. I paid him the money for my bill, he opened the cash register to give me my change, after accusing me of taking the money back for which I paid my bill, the camera even show me being compliant and showing him the contents of my purse. He then said that I put the money in my wallet, (I already had money in my wallet), and I did not show him that because he could have easily said that money was what he gave me. Do not, I repeat, Do not do business with this ripoff company. And for any person employed by Metro PCS, this is not intended to be slanderous, I am simply stating what actually happened to me personally. I'm not sure if anyone else out there have experienced fraud concerning Metro PCS, but if so, I encourage you to sign this class action petition to end this type of victimization. The goal of this petition is 1000 signatures.
