I suspect I have been throttled since day 1. 4G is suppose to download between 5 and 12 mbps, but my speed is .10

They never honour the warranty, one broke my turn on button. And won't do nothing about it! The list of complaints are very long for me in the last 3 year years!!!

They will not unlock my phone for 3 months, I said that's not in the contract and they said "well it's implied" that's absolute nonsense
