Did you read any of the sources in this petition? Multiple of them provide evidence that cloth masks, while not great, are better than no masks, and that medical masks are far superior to no masks. The only reason masks aren't regulated to a larger extent is because of people like you who would refuse to abide by the restrictions.

We support the right for families to choose what is right for their children. Bodily autonomy is so important and there is plenty of evidence that shows kids aren't at risk, and any adult who wants the shot can get it at this point. If there was evidence that masks work, then they should be regulated to a certain kind, not just any old homemade mask which house bacteria and inhibit breathing.

Not to mention, you literally have sources listed that have nothing to do with the topic at hand. This particular one is discussing preventative interventions in Hong Kong.

In support of what I stated above, consider clicking on the last link. Using the keyboard function Ctrl + F, you can search the web page for key terms and words. Upon inspection, the words 'Covid', 'Corona', and 'Mask' are nowhere to be found within the article.

A vast majority of the articles and studies provided in 'support', lack correlation to the arguments being made in the petition. Taking a deeper dive into these articles: Some appear to be written by legal attornies, not scientists. Others focus purely on the use of cloth masks.

Follow the "Science"...kids/teens low risk...if Parents should decide if their children should wear masks. If staff is concerned about getting Covid, then wear a mask, get vaccinated or stay home without pay.

There was a time and place for protections, that time is no more. Our kids are not at risk, and any adults who may be can be vaccinated.
