On October 3rd, 2011, Minneapolis City Pages reported that on September 27th, Parasole Holdings notified their servers that they would begin giving up 2% of their credit card tips to the house. This is an effort to recover some of the corporate level charges Parasole is paying credit card processors in fees. This is outragious and kicks the employees right in the throat...and the pocketbooks! In this era of high unemployment, Wall Street and banking industry greed, and increased disparity between the haves and have-nots, this tells hard working people to suck it up and pay up! This is absolutely reprehensible! This is your chance to tell this company that you don't accept idiocracy and NOT TO INSTITUTE THIS POLICY OR THEY CAN SAY GOODBYE TO YOUR BUSINESS! If anyone chooses continue to dine at these restaurants, we will TIP WITH CASH!
