Please sign this petition to protect our Country from this unjust law that is being applied in direct violation to the U.S. Constitution. We should stand up against all tyranny. It only takes a second of your time. Thank you.

Kent Hovind is a tax cheat and evader! Ask him to tell you about the three million dollar ampunt of back taxes, penalties and interest in the tax courts civil fraud case that he owes. Yes, he also claims that structuring is the reason he was in prison. Technically correct but half truth from the expert at half truths. They just used structuring for sentencing. He was also found guilty of not paying HIS share of social security taxes, withholding employees tax, lying about using part time help of college students while calling them missionaries, claiming his ministry was a church (with no members). And finally obstructing justice by hiding assets, destroying documents, lying in bankruptcy court about his liabilities. On an on the lies go. Kent believes in telling a big enough lie long enough and people will believe his Bologna.

The IRS needs to be carefully looked at. They are a private company whose only onjective is to collect the Interest the (non)Federal AND (no)Reserve imposes unlawfully as a pay off of their counterfeiting operation. A REAL TAX would ALL be deposited into the general funds account at the US Department of Treasury. It is therefore NOT a REAL Tax! END IT!
