I have found no other toothpaste on the market that does for me what Mentadent did. I think the difference is in the formula; i.e., the combo of baking soda and peroxide. With every other toothpaste I'm forced to use, I end up with chunks of loose plaque in my mouth every morning. Plus, my teeth, gums & mouth do not feel quite as clean as they did with Mentadent. I cannot afford to pay upwards of $100 - $3000 for the few refills out there left in the private market (i.e., Amazon). PLEASE, oh please, bring Mentadent back!

****STATUS UPDATE as of July 4th, 2018:****
I have an update that I was trying to post in the Highlights section like I used to be able to do, but it no longer appears to be an option, so posting the update this way:
I finally received a response to my last contact with Arm & Hammer/Church & Dwight, and she said she "...will take what you (and other’s) have said and do some research/exploration!
One question that I have for you; did you love the formula of the toothpaste? Or, did you love the formula and the pump?
I am curious if consumers just want to have the same toothpaste on their brush, of if they care about how it gets on their brush."
I let her know that, based on many of the comments on this petition (as well my personal opinion), it seems we generally prefer the pump over a tube, but would even at least be happy if we had our Mentadent return with the same forumula, even if it had to be in a tube!
Fingers crossed and we'll see what happens next! Of course I'll also continue to post any updates/information that I may receive as well.

Please reintroduce this product. If the packaging was too expensive it could have been put in tubes. It was recommended by my dentist 25 years ago and it worked! All others cause gum bleeding. The sodium content in the arm and hammer is too high for some.

A huge noticeable difference not having Mentadent anymore. Even my dentist has asked me what has changed. My teeth just aren't as clean and white as the used to be.

This is a no-brainer; there are thousands of people wanting to buy the Mentadent pump toothpaste and websites are asking for over $100.00 for a twin pack.
Come on, brfing it back on the market, even if only on a website.
