This is clives home how can it be communal garden when his kitchen window and front door are right next to it. Also are people allowed to sit in it and have a bbq??? Whats wrong with taking pride in where you live

Clive should be able to keep his garden he is able to keep the property also consider how little is done by sovereign now compared to the past let tenants maintain what they are able to do!

Housing associations are rubbish they don't always do what they write in their tenancy agreements & that's from experience. I did my garden without permission and they seen it and said it looked better! Obviously Clive's memorial garden looks way better than a strip of grass

Clive's partner was my wonderful friend who knew everyone and loved by all who knew her and always put everyone first so this one simple thing for her is not asking much let him keep it please

I think this is a great idea! Leave it as an memorial garden also looks lovely and up to date, who wants to look at boring grass when you can be looking at the beautifully designed garden where loved ones can be remembered love the idea of a memorial garden - sign to support Clive!
