Megan and her family deserve for her name to be remembered ALWAYS. Ogle County failed her and her family because of a personal relationship between Marc Mongan and then SA Eric Morrow. Her parents were continually lied to about that relationship and how that relationship protected the man who killed her. It's past time for Ogle county to honor and memorialize her after such epic failure on their part.
