To implement the vision 2021 Digital Bangladesh, I think so there is no alternative to merge the government ICT personnel with the main extreme. Otherwise, without permanent ICT personnel, digital dream will not be sustainable .There need a group of ICT personnel leader who take not only the decision also take the responsibility on their shoulder to looking forward a sustainable Government digital dream. So, this is demand of time to create new ICT (cadre) service. I requested Honorable Prime Minister, Honorable ICT Advisor to Prime Minister and Honorable State Minister of ICT Government of the Peoples Republic of Bangladesh to fulfill our demand i.e. to implement create new ICT (cadre) service.

ICT is the only one tool for E-governance, E-services, E-businesses which is essential for sustainable digital Bangladesh , for Good governance and for speeding up the flow of information and knowledge between government and citizens and transforming the way in which governments and citizens interact. Working for 11 years at the same post. No transfer, no promotion. This is the condition of most government ICT Officers. ICT Cadre only can relieve the ICT Officers from this suffocating situation. Why should talented ICT Graduates join the government sector in such a condition? How can we think of building Digital Bangladesh keeping our ICT talents outside? I request Your Excellency Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina to accept our logical demand and declare ICT as a Cadre Service. We will make your Digital Bangladesh vision sustainable.
