Chris is the best trainer I have ever had in my life. He takes genuine interest in learning about your goals, motivating you helping you get better every class. He helps me correct my form push myself and get better every step of the way. He is the MVP of the entire show. He is very personable and is easy to approach with any questions. His classes are the most engaging ones I have experienced in this f45. If there is a slight chance this can be revoked, please do it. If he leaves I will miss him a lot at f45

Chris is an excellent coach, He pays full attention to each and everyone in the class. He checks your form, pushes you, encourages you. All the qualities that the coach has to put in for the amount we are paying at the gym. He makes me want to come back to the workouts and makes it feel worth it. His presence has made a significant impact to my fitness journey. Yes it can be hard but who is the person who is benefitting at the end of the day? He is nice to everyone. Have never seen a person put so much heart and soul for the people who come to workout.

He is the man for F45_ center Grove. He is really good with what he does. Great crowd puller and a really good coach, catch is his attention to details and his PR skills

I need pushing to make myself better. Since Chris came to CG, my attendance has increased, I've gotten stronger, and am seeing results. Please stay. We need you!
