I have finalized the formal request document for the executive committee and am currently arranging a time to hand-deliver it to the club secretary. We are preparing a summary of member grievances to present as a supplementary attachment during this meeting. Expect a follow-up regarding the specific procedural hurdles identified in our latest review of the current constitution.
