                        This Petition is designed to act as a formal voice for paid members of the Melbourne Metro Rabbit Fanciers to request the committee to call a Special General Meeting for the purposes of ratification to the constitution and re-election of the Executive and ordinary committee.
Opportunity for other items of concern can be addressed during "General Business" at the requested SGM to be addressed in the future by the newly appointed committee.
                                                                            The petition also requests endorsement from members to have a draft constitution submitted for their perusal with the final amendment to be tabled at follow up SGM 12 weeks following the original SGM.
Members are to indicate their support for the above mentioned by submitting their signature to this petition. Unpaid members are also welcome to submit support to this petition however their voice will not carry weight in the final outcome.
