Thank you for your reply. Wish you could have made it, but work is number one. Dont hesitate to take advantace of the new gym where change begins at our Building for Life Fitness center. Its been done with all new state of the art equipment. Any questions you might have on how to use any of the equipment we will have some posted or you could reach out to me. We hope to see you at the next Meet The Community Day hopfully in the spring.
