I really never expected this level of traction when I started typing this up at my kitchen table while staring at those ridiculous late notices. It keeps hitting me that so many people feel this exact same frustration with the management fees because honestly the whole situation is just plain exhausting.

things have been so tight lately. we need a little more breathing room with these payments instead of being rushed.
ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? Giving us such a short window is just setting people up to fail. This is ridiculous.

Would be a huge help if they could just push the date back a bit. Times are hard enough as it is.
