I suffer from MSK. I have chronic pain and symptoms daily. My treatment through U of M is to remove the stones when my daily pain is not able to be controlled by narcotics. I have had 7 stone removal surgeries and numerous surgeries related MSK. This is something I deal with every day. Some days the pain is terrible and I can't get out of bed or go places with my family. My life changed after my first kidney stone and I've been working on slowing down stone production for 13 years. Please take time to understand what excruciating pain this cause us.

I have seen the effect of this cruel disease first hand. It is imperative that further research is done urgently to stop further unnecessary suffering.

I suffer from MSK & without proper treatment I've deteriorated to a bedridden skeleton. PLEASE THIS DISEASE IS SO INHUMANELY PAINFUL. . . WE DESPERATELY NEED MORE INFORMATION & RESEARCH DONE. . . .

I, myself have msk and have dealt with back lash from Drs that do not know what msk is and how we are just crazy people without pain!! I'm ready to fight this fight!

I pray that they will continue to do research to find either a cure or some way to deal with this very debilitating disease. I was diagnosed 25 years ago and have dealt with stones, infections, extreme pain, etc. Chronic pain can change you as a person; I know that it has done that to me.
