This is a petition asking for a vote on the passing of a Medical Marijuana Law for the state of New York. We the undersigned ask for a vote on the use of Marijuana for all patients whom a doctor decides could benefit from it's use for the relief of pain and suffering. We feel that the use of Marijuana has many benefits for the sick and terminally ill and we believe that these patients should have the right to use Marijuana to relieve the pain and suffering they must endure because of the outdated New York State drug laws. This petition will be sent to the appropriate elected officials on January 1 2008.
