As a veteran who suffers from ptsd meditation had done far more to aid my day to day struggles than the V A ever could. I thank the Maker everyday for finding the meditation center...the family and the middle path.

I support this building with all my heart. What our world needs is peace. Our state needs peace. Please grant favor and the permits to have this building built. We need this place. Thank you. The denial of the Meditation Center’s request to build a Buddhist focused facility on 7, SEVEN, acre wooded piece of property smacks of blatant bigotry. Have they really sunk so low?

I would strongly encourage the citizens of Mobile to support the Alabama Meditation Center's plans for creating a retreat center which has been blatantly predjudice and illegally denied by the City Council. It is more than obvious that there's no reason for it to have been denied except for a few small minded individuals with too much influence. Sincerely Yours, John Dohner
