The City of Mobile should be ashamed of itself. This would never happen to a “Christian” church here. Bigotry, plain and simple.

The practice of meditation has nothing to do with religion. It’s insane that a judge is blocking a facility like this and reflects vast ignorance and social neglect on their part.

This country was founded with the intention of religious freedom. That doesn't just mean Judeo-Christian religions. Let the Meditation Center do their thing.

Live and let live people. No one is preventing these mobile county officials from going to church on Sunday mornings. People practice religion and spirituality in different ways, on different days and in different environments. It’s a fact of life. Stop spending my tax money on frivolity and give a needy kid a scholarship or build a homeless person a house.
