Government Workers have the right to choose the best medical and health care options for themselves without the fear of feeling forced or coerced by the threat of losing their jobs, benefits, pay or work hours. These medical and health options include, but are not limited to any and all medical treatments including the Covid-19 vaccinations, shots, jabs, devices or treatments.
People who work for governmental agencies are protected from forced vaccinations and medical treatments as any other American citizen is protected from losing life, liberty and property according to the U.S. Constitution,
No one may use any public safety concern, any emergency, any circumstance, or any excuse to take away any person’s right to choose how they care for their health. Furthermore, the Emergency Use Authorization (“EUA”) DoD COVID-19 Vaccine mandate, cannot be issued in violation of 10 U.S.C. §1107 and its implementing regulations, the FDA regulation of biologics at 21 C.F.R. § 50 et seq., as well as the law regarding informed consent 50 U.S.C. 1520 (“The Nuremburg Code”) .No elected official, unelected official or bureaucrat in any U.S. Government department is authorized to mandate or legislate any law, regulation or code that is repugnant to the U.S. Constitution (Marbury v. Madison).
Any forced vaccination of Government Workers would be administered in blatant violation of federal law, the attendant regulations and the U.S. Constitution. This act would deny due process of law and violate these person’s bodies and perpetrators should be persecuted under the full extent of the law.
We do not consent to forced vaccinations of any kind-- my body, my choice!

I just want to do job well, and serve my nation’s Warfighters. At present, I cannot travel for work. This policy is reducing my ability to do great work. I fight to win. They need to stop this insane self-harm.
My family and I will loose everything with these mandates. My wife and I both have medical issues that would put us both in grave danger in receiving this vaccine. We all have natural em unity now that we’ve had the virus with little to no illness.
They should not be forcing anyone to get this vaccine. It is absolutely against our Constitutional right. No where in the US Constitution does it say the government has a right to make choices for my property. My body is my property.
These vaccines have consequences like lifelong medical problems or death. Not right to force them on people. Who will cover the expense of the medical problems in the event a forced vaccination ends up harming patients???
I am signing this as a Surgical Tech employed by Trinity Healthcare..that has a contract WITH Pfizer and MANDATING the Jab or TERMINATION...they are already STRUGGLUNG with keeping employees in the OR setting..

I lost my job in January 2022, after being an essential employee, and 15 years of great reviews with local hospital. Now I am 59 and unable to find work. No medical should be forced, this choice is a God given right! I agree with petition.
