Tony was repeatedly found to be Incompetent and unrestorable by state-appointed psychiatrists, the prosecution persisted with evaluations until he was found "competent" to stand trial through a phone-call based evaluation.
Clearly the prosecution shopped for a finding of "competent" until they found one. The government used extensive resources not available to average citizens.

I know of this case and believe an injustice has occurred. I am a clinical psychologist and have spoken with one of Antony's evaluators and, based on the evidence and observations of this person, I believe that Antony's case should be reviewed.
