On January 23, 2024 an incarcerated individual by the name of Markevia Johnson . Was assaulted by 5 supervisors. 1 being the warden over the prison Katrina brown . Cut Ms. Johnson clothes off because she didn’t comply to a strip search (Meaning). strip search is a practice of searching a person for weapons or other contraband suspected of being hidden on their body or inside their clothing, and not found by performing a frisk search, but by requiring the person to remove some or all Clothing . While a male supervisor Jonathan Birmingham was present. Of course Ms. Johnson Declined because that’s not policy nor procedure. Due to Ms. Johnson refusing Jonathan Birmingham took it upon himself to use force while Ms. Johnson was in RESTRAINTS . Warden Katrina Brown cut her clothes of like she was a dog. Lieutenant Williams , Parler & Sergeant Hall beat & jumped on her . Bruised her head , eye , jaw & Wrist . Meanwhile no medical treatment has been saught. It’s been 3 days Ms. Johnson could have internal bleeding & so much more. This petition is for medical treatment because god Will handle the rest .
