The signers of this petition are in support of allowing medical cannabis dispensaries to operate within the City of La Mesa, CA.  This type of business is currenly banned by zoning ordinance and we would like to see that ammended to allow safe access to the truly needy patients of this community, because without this type of business, patients are forced to patronize illegal operations which not only creates more crime but also takes away valuable tax revenue to the city.
